1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website aiwithdaria.aiblewmymind.com and any consulting services purchased through it. By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The services are provided by INNOVALISTA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, operated by Daria Cupareanu under the brand AI BLEW MY MIND / AI With Daria.

2. AI Strategy Retainer

The AI Strategy Retainer is a yearly consulting package that includes:

• An initial 90-minute AI strategy deep-dive session.
• A personalised AI implementation roadmap tailored to your business.
• Three follow-up 60-minute implementation sessions to help you execute the plan.
• Ongoing async support via email for questions between sessions.

3. Booking Window

After purchase, you have a 12-month window to book and complete all consulting sessions included in your retainer. Sessions not booked within this period will expire and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The AI Strategy Retainer is billed as a yearly subscription. By purchasing, you authorise the charge as displayed at checkout.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee. If after your initial strategy session you feel the service is not a good fit, you may request a full refund by contacting us at daria@aiblewmymind.com within 14 days of the first session. Refunds are not available after the second session has been booked or delivered.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of INNOVALISTA S.R.L. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Deliverables created during consulting sessions (roadmaps, recommendations, etc.) are yours to keep and use for your business.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services provide strategic guidance and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. INNOVALISTA S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
